Free2BFit360 WOD | MTRW #29 | Chest and Pecs Monster Growth

This workout is geared towards chest and pecs growth. I used this Roman Fritz chest workout as my inspiration but tailored it for those with pectoral left vs. right asymmetries. Perform 10 sets x 10 reps of each exercises doing 3-1-3-0 tempo.

  1. KB Chest Press
  2. Dumbbell Pull-Overs
  3. Incline KB Press
  4. Bodyweight Dips
  5. BXT Cable Cross-Over | Low + Mid = 1 rep
  6. Wide uneven pushups
