POP Nutrition | Basil Pesto {Paleo, Raw Vegan, Gluten Free}


  • 2 cups packed fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tsp. fried garlic flakes or 2 fresh garlic gloves
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Cooking Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in the food processor and blend until smooth. Add a bit more olive oil (1 tbsp. at a time) if you would like a more liquid consistency.
